At Fragrance Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused fragrance bottles in their original designer boxes and place them into a sturdy shipping carton with the provided packing slip.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent transit damage.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
